He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clagg and Georgena Clagg; and his mother-in-law Sara Mills. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Bowden Clagg; his children, Timothy Clagg (Gypsy), Travis Clagg (Kim), Don Wayne Horseman, Patricia Clagg, Kyle Horseman (Stephanie), David Clagg (Hannah) and Levi Austin; his granddaughters, Breanna Clagg and Emeli Bryan; his brothers, Kerry Clagg (Bobbi) and James Clagg (Karen); his father-in-law Michael Mills; his sister-in-law Ruth Boyce; and his aunt Barbara Jester.
