He is survived by: his siblings, Kari Gilbert, Dorothy Gilbert, John Ward, David A Ward (Denise) and Travis Gilbert (Janet); and his children, Ivan Gilbert and Alesia McGee (Scott). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
