He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Morrison); his children, Curtis Kouts (Renea) of Seaford and Cinda Younce (Robert) of Newark, DE; and his grandchildren, Curt Kouts (Caitlin), Chase Kouts (Kristin), Riley Hessler (Chris) and Ryan Younce (Hanna).
