She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Mills and Margaret Mills; her daughter Lurray LeCates; and her siblings, Larry Letusky and Louise Izo.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Cracker" LeCates; and her children, Kenny LeCates, Jr., Pam LeCates (LeRoy Nichols), Brenda LeCates (Vaughn) and John LeCates (Janie Gonzalez). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
