He is survived by: his wife Donna Prine Carter; his son Wayne Carter, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Gillian Carter; his grandchildren, Ryan Carter and Alexandra Carter; and his half-brother John Naudain. He is also survived by many friends, neighbors.
