He was predeceased by: his parents, Berniece Milligan and Emerson Milligan; his parents-in-law, James and Nora Jennette; and his sister-in-law Shirley Eskridge.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Milligan; his children, Wendy Iglesias (Steve) of Miami, FL and Wayne Milligan (Wendy) of Plymouth, IN; his grandchildren, Robbie Iglesias (Jennifer) of Miami, FL., Michael Iglesias (Rhoda) of Miami, FL., Brittany Iglesias of Miami, FL. and Brandon Milligan of Cincinnati, OH; his great grandchildren, Sadie and Brandon Iglesias of Miami, FL; his siblings, Jay Milligan (Caroline) and Linda Gunson (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Jennette (Patty), Robert Jennette (Joyce), Donnie Jennette (Tina), Tommy Jennette and Dottie Friedel (Clarence).
