He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carmine and Nellie Carmine; his sister Peggy Hare; and his brother-in-law Frankin Hare. He is survived by: his wife Martha Carmine; his children, Tom Phillips (Beth), Greg Wheatley and Jordan Crockett (Matt); and his grandchildren, Dustin Phillips, Janalee Phillips Robinson, Ella Crockett and Wyatt Crockett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
