He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend William E. Lewis and Helen Grimm Lewis of Baltimore, Maryland.; and his sister Susan Fritzel of Lutherville, Maryland.. He is survived by: his children, Robert Lewis, Jon Lewis (Heather) and Melissa Amon (Larry); his daughter-in-law Ilsa Les Callette (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Lewis, Rachel Schmucki (Kaleb), Jocelyn Gossel (Jacob), Matthew Lewis (Rebekah McMichael), Jacob Amon, Caleb Amon and Samuel Amon.
