He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Stevens (Kalista); his children, Debbie Carroll Birch (Jim) and David Carroll (Tracy); and his siblings, JaneAnn Chadwick (Chuck), Connie Kalista (Jack) and Clarence. He is also survived by his family, friends.
