Thoms and Patricia Thoms (Riggins); her daughters, Vanessa Dwyer (Anthony) of Selbyville, Beverly Moore (Daniel) of Selbyville and Megan Tubbs (George) of Dagsboro; her sisters, Susan Shockley of Bishopville, Kelly Wentz of Castle Rock, WA and Alison Thoms of Glen Burnie, MD; her grandchildren, Courtney Leitz, DJ Dorey, Anthony Dwyer, Nicholas Dwyer, McKenzie Tubbs, Emily Moore, Zachary Moore, Macy Tubbs and Michael Tubbs; her great grandchild Colten Dorey; and her husband Charles Frederick Leitz.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home (19 S Main St, Selbyville, DE 19975). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
