He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew P. Neuberger and Marie Neuberger (George); his wife Loretta Neuberger; his daughter Linda Neuberger; and his siblings, George Neuberger, Jean Wolf and Marguerite Ingram.

He is survived by : his sons, Steve Neuberger (Paula) of Tucson, AZ and Jim Neuberger (Debbie) of Chesapeake Beach, MD; his stepchildren, Terri Schaefer (Frank) of Selbyville, DE and Jay Grap (Tammy) of Selbyville, DE; and his grandchildren, Julie Ann, Derek Neuberger, Evie Bahl, Daniel Neuberger (Lauren), Josiah Neuberger (Jo Beth), Kirsten Neuberger, Sheldon Neuberger (Chloe), Jolene Jackson (Richard), Paul Neuberger, Brian Lancione (Heather) and Paul Lancione (Leah). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, 3 great, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
