He is survived by: his sons, Jared Emerson Lathbury of Selbyville and Jason Elliott Lathbury (Ashley) of Selbyville; his brother Glenn M. Lathbury of Seaford, DE; his significant other Debra Stark of Selbyville; and his grandchildren, Juliana Lathbury, Jace Lathbury and Addie Lathbury. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
