He is survived by: his parents, Terry Cougill and Betty Cougill of Charlotte; his siblings, Bob Cougill of Charlotte, Lisa Johnson (Rick) of Hanover and Chris Cougill (Shara Speer) of Lebanon; his niece Charlotte Johnson; and his nephews, Griffin Johnson and Eliott Cougill. He is also survived by his family, friends.
