It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Sipes (Selbyville, Delaware), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 6, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Sipes and Rose J. Sipes (Kraushofer); his son Timothy B. Wright; and his grandson Justin M. Wright. He is survived by: his wife Janice E. Sipes of Selbyville; his children, Michael C. Wright (Theresa) of Selbyville, Theresa L. Booth (Bill) of Arbutus, MD and Tracy A. Joy (Steven) of Catonsville, MD; and his siblings, Jack L. Sipes (Joan) of Ocean Pines, Patricia Shiflett of Baltimore, MD and Pop. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; survived by several nieces and nephews.
