He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Harvey of Dover, DE; his siblings, Kenny Wing (Susan), Marianne Johnson (Robert) and Sandy Norman (Bill); and his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Elisabeth Harvey and Rachael Boggs.
