He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Boyd and Ruth Louise Mullnack (Padgett); and his siblings, Shirley Sapaugh, Judy Halbrook and Betty Shannon.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Fisher (Liz); his sons, Rodney (Lynette) and Derek (Regina); his grandchildren, Amanda (Jarrett), Drew (Brooke), Mark (Megan), Shae (Marissa) and Alisa; his great grandchildren, Iris, Reed, Kipp, Emily and Grayson; and his sister Shelly Karr (Phillip).
