He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherral Clyde Devall and Joy Laverne Johnson Devall. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Devall; his daughter Dray-Ann Gates (Ed); his grandson Grayson Gates; his stepdaughter Kellie Sullivan; and his granddaughters, Mikayla, Madison and Myleigh Sullivan.
