She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Faulkner, Jr.; her grandchild Thomas D. Faulkner; her siblings, James Gallagher, Eileen Gallagher and Mary "Betsy" Nell; and her son-in-law Stephen Ware.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Faulkner, Maureen Faulkner (Diane Smith), Eileen Ware, Kathleen Rossello (John), Jacqueleen MacLaughlin (Matthew) and Patrick Faulkner (Erica); her grandchildren, Kelly, Ericka, Jake, Cole, Gavin, Sloane, Victor, Finnian, Cailin and Patrick; her sibling Francis Gallagher (Christine); and her sister-in-law Janice Gallagher.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in honor of her memory to the American Heart Association Celebrate the Life of a Loved One.
