Van Horn (Lisa) and Mark J. Van Horn (Laurie); her daughter-in-law Lisa Van Horn; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Nicole, Brandon, Shane, Samantha, Candace, Jessica, Amy, Adam and Seth. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
