He was predeceased by: his fathers, John W. Zeisel and Theodore Zeisel; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife MaryMargaret Roehmer; his children, Megan Simonds (Paul Simonds) and Christopher Podowski; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Eleanor and Catherine; and his brothers, Randy and David.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Mike's name to Senior Dog Haven & Hospice, Inc., an organization close to the family's heart.
