Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (275 E Main St, Middletown, DE 19709). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
