He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Scott Jr. and Mary Ann Baynard; his wife Alverta; his daughter Michelle; and his brother John.
He is survived by: his children, James, Dion, Charmaine and Corvette; and his brother Robert Collins. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
