She was predeceased by: her stepfather Kenny Darsney. She is survived by: her parents, Harry E. Lewis and Joan Darsney (Tucker); her husband Samuel D. Smith Jr.; her son Justin D. Smith of Smyrna; her stepmother Carol Lewis; her sisters, Tracey Mayes (John) of Newark and Heather Foraker (Jared) of Sebring, FL; and her nephews, Tyler and Dillon.
