With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katherine M. Andrews (Smyrna, Delaware), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Hindenlang and Merrie Hindenlang; her husband William Andrews (Bill); her brothers, William and Rick of Florida; her brother-in-law Robert (Karen) of Vero Beach; her siblings' child Casey; her son-in-law Christopher; and her grandchildren, Diana of Alberdeen, William of Englishtown, John of Howell and Riley Shaye of Union Beach.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Faries Funeral Directors (29 S Main St, Smyrna, DE 19977). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
