He is survived by: his mother Renee Bethard of Townsend; his girlfriend Rachel Revello of Newark, Delaware.; his stepfather Todd Tush; his grandmother Beverly Essick; and his aunts and uncles, Lanette Bethard (Joe), Duane Essick (Melissa), Dawn Wilson (Joe), Gidget Ewing (Wayne) and Sonny Bethard (Nanette).
