She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Staats (Buster); and her children, Sharlene Bartsch and Charles Staats III. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosalie Martin (Pierce), Jeannine Staats and Teresa Swartz (John); her grandchildren, Franklin Bartsch Jr., Darrin Bartsch (Stephanie), Kristin Borda (Michael), Angel Martin, Amber Startt, Jeffrey Startt Jr., John Jr. Swartz (Katrina) and Jacob Swartz; and her siblings, James C. Reynolds and Mary Lou Wheeler. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
