It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Raymond Cekine Jr. (Smyrna, Delaware), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Cekine and Thomas Cekine Sr.; and his pet Kobe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Belk; his daughter Mandy Cekine (Jessica Karpovich); his sister Cindy Biederman (Gregory); his grandchildren, Blayne Cekine (James Turner) and Dimitri Cekine; his son-in-law Thomas Bey; and his friend Buck Warner.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1757 Horsepond Rd., Dover, Delaware 19901 in honor of Tom's love for animals.
