With solemn reverence, we commemorate Irene Doris Silver of Townsend, Delaware, whose life came to an end on July 4, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Lawrence and Charles Granville Pruitt. She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Silver, Sr.; her children, Debbie Hughes (Harry) and R. Scott Silver, Jr. (Susan); her grandchildren, Eric Silver, Rachel Silver, Montana Hughes and Serena Hughes; her siblings, Judy Pruitt and Mark Pruitt; her pet Buster; and also, Donald Lawrence, Dickie Pruitt, James "Smoe" Pruitt, Terry Rembecki, Debbie Kopanski, Mary Etta "Marzy" Uriani, Bobby Pruitt and Steve Pruitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home (212 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
