He is survived by: his wife Judy Buckworth; his children, Linda Barrett and Chris (Daphyne); his grandchildren, Chris, Amber, Christopher (Malynda), Corey (Hilary), Sean (Hannah), Kyle (Britny), Joey, Hunter and Jenna (Zach); his great grandchildren, Bailey, Mason, Rylynn, Jack, Kamrynn, Violet, Nolan, Savannah and Amelia; his brother Jerry (Sandy); and his niece Amy (Kenny).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the VA Hospital ICU Unit, 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilm., DE 19805.
