He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Leo and Minnie M. Cecil (Hall); and his wife Ila Marie Cecil. He is survived by : his children, Barbara A. Cooke, Robert D. Cecil, Sr. (Margaret) and Sandra K. Sheats. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
