He is survived by : his wife Sandy Marie Nowakowski (Stevenson) of Townsend; his son Ted Nowakowski of Townsend; his sisters, Diane Kraemer (John) of North Carolina, Kathleen Cranford of Front Royal, VA, Vada Dolphin of Bear and Katherine Chance (Jack Syva) of New Castle; and his nieces and nephews, Johnathan Kraemer, Zachary Cranford, Joshua, Noah Dolphin, Julie Wolfe, Amber and Sommer Altvater.
