He is survived by: his wife Marie (Waters); his son Vernon E. Foraker, Jr. (Janet); his grandchildren, Jennie Marie and Eric Marcus; his niece Dana Waters-Adams (Mike); and his children, Karley, Payton and Abigail. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
