He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Foy and Mary Foy (Casey); and his siblings, Donna Lindsey, Marlene Ross, Edward Foy, James E. Foy, Robert Foy, Mary Grace "Molly" Foy, Donald Casey, Shirley Cavanaugh, Joan Foy, Carol Becker and Nancy Stacer.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Foy (Huckel); his daughter Melissa Foy Andrusko; and his siblings, Leo Foy, John Foy, Gerald Foy, Judy M. Roczka and Nadine Foy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
