Adele Axon D. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adele Axon D. of Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on February 6, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick F. Ashley, MD and Adele Lorraine Carter. She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Hillary (Christipher Calo), Shannon (Bryce Dew) and Molly (Erik Duricek); her grandchildren, Nathaniel Calo, Calo, Knox, Bennett, Remy Dew, Gus and Beau Duricek; and her siblings, Robert (Anne), Patrick (Ann), Lisa and Michael (Deborah). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Adele's memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
