She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lutrzykowski and Anna Lutrzykowski (Delikat); and her siblings, Joe Lutz, Bill Lutrzykowski and Joan Slaby.
She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Haley Sr.; her family Agnes; her children, Julia Lakatos (John), Paddi Cathell Jr. (Bob) and Robert Haley Jr. (Melody); her grandchildren, Lauren Duckworth, Megan Fleischer (Steven), Andrew Duckworth, Bobby Cathell III, Bridgette and Olivia Haley; and her great grandchildren, Aubree Kenny, Brian and Saylah Fleischer. She is also survived by several in laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
