He was predeceased by: his parents, Attilio Cafini and Celeste Cafini; his wife Vincenza; his brother Mario; his sister-in-law Colomba Cafini; and his brother Angelo Cafini.
He is survived by: his pet Audi; his children, Adele, Carla Perrino (Monte) and Attilio (Michelle); his grandchildren, Monte, Gabriella, Juliana (Peter), Attilio, Cristina (Edwin) and Alissa; his great grandchildren, Liona and Matteo Papili; and his sister-in-law Mirella Cafini of Rome. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew and great nieces and nephews.
