He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Waterman Marshall and Blanche Almeda Tibbetts; and his former wife Joan Bauer Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Frances Vaughn Marshall; his sons, Craig (Elaine) of Chuluota, FL and Scott (Crystal) of Roanoke, VA; and his granddaughters, Hannah, Nicole and Taylor.
