He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Seth and Emma Thomas Seth; his wife Gloria Seth; his siblings, Lucille Brown, Irene Drummond, Archie, Clarence, Jr., Maurice, Roland Leon and Allen Seth, Sr.; and his grandsons, Sylvester Seth, Jr. and Joseph Cordell Seth.
He is survived by: his children, Velma G. Tilghman, Charlene O. Seth, Darline P. Mays, Andrew Seth, Jr., Dale Seth and Maurice Seth; his sisters, Beatrice Rich (Enoch Rich), Doris Butler and Mary Hurling; and his sisters-in-law, Willa Seth and Josephine Seth.
