She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Onzik and Anna Washko Onzik; her husband John J. Shields; and her daughter Suzanne. She is survived by: her children, Karen S. Yasik, Cynthia A. Scully and John J. Shields, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Loretta; her grandchildren, Christine Shields, Will Boucher (Mandee), John Scully (Alyssa), Jackie Beaston (Zach), Tom Scully, Caitlyn Scully, Anna Shields, Elena Shields and Sylvester Shields (Valerie); her great grandchildren, Liam, Gavin, Oliver Scully and Lilah Beaston; her sister Florence Kiluk of Binghamton, NY; and her sister-in-law Antoinette Onzik of Dallas, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
