She was predeceased by : her mother Lennie M. Church; her siblings, Virginia Daniel, Irene O'Dell, James, Johnny Church, Virgil Church, Ed and Jimmy Wood; her husband Leonard V. McDannell, Sr.; her children, Victoria Lynn Elsayed, Patricia Ann Trusty and Leonard V. McDannell, Jr.; and her grandson James McDannell.

She is survived by : her daughter Pamela; her son-in-law Joseph DegliObizzi of Hockessin; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Karen McDannell of Millsboro; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Sam Cutrona, Joseph, Michelle DegliObizzi, Daniel, Brittany DegliObizzi, Sean McDannell and David McDannell; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Dominic Cutrona; her grandchildren, Owen, Drew, Alex, Reid DegliObizzi and Bella McDannell; and her siblings-in-law, Hilda Church, Phyllis McDannell and Keith Daniel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Faithful Friends Animal Society.
