He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Teresa Thomas and Thomas Hammond; his former wife Joan Williams; his wife Mary Little; and his children, Mardis Hammond, Lois Paynter (Mansoor), Joanne Chapman (James), Toni Hammond, Tracey Hammond and Paul Neason of Detroit Michigan. He was also cherished by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
