With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ashley E. Sabo of Wilmington, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ashley left this world on March 10, 2024 at the age of 39, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father David Floyd Jenkins. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Clayton Jenkins; her husband Jonathan Kyer Sabo; her daughters, Hayley Elizabeth Kopp (Ridge), Anna Grace Sabo and Lucy Catherine Sabo; her brother Matthew Jenkins (Alicia); her nieces, Jolie Jenkins and Sarah Jenkins; her nephew David Jenkins; her brother Richard Jenkins (Tricia); her niece Kelsey Jenkins (Tyler); her nephew Scott Jenkins; and her granddaughter Maddie Kopp.
Following the loss of her father, she left the world of finance to pursue a career in healthcare – working as a CNA at Little Sisters of the Poor at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic while studying to become a nurse.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ashley's memory may be made to The Ashley Sabo Memorial Fund which will go to assist in the care of Anna and Lucy.
