She is survived by: her husband Russell Hokanson; her daughters, Donna Hokanson of Wilmington, DE and Debra Jennings (Moses) of Mountain City, TN; her grandchildren, Krista Jennings of Boone, NC and Mark Jennings (Sarah) of Mountain City, TN; and her great grandchildren, Shawn, Matthew, Kelsey Forrester of Mountain City, TN, Mckenzie and Lucas Jennings of Mountain City, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's name to the American Cancer Society.
