With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Elizabeth (West) Parag of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Burlington, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 2, 2025. She was predeceased by: her sister Carol Zaborny Gilbert; her parents, Fred West and Louella West; and her husband Don Parag. She is survived by: her siblings, MaryLou Nye (Joe) of Ocean View, DE and Fred West (Donna) of Westlake, FL. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews and three grand nieces and nephews.
