Hoopes of New Castle and David L Wideman, Jr. (Cheryl); her grandson Michael D. Hoopes of Street, MD; and her great grandchildren, Sarah and Matthew Nichols of Warwick, MD..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (1000 N Dupont Hwy, Wilmington Manor, DE 19720). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
