She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Szymanski and Anna Szymanski; her siblings, Nonnie and Butch; her husband Henry Zack; her brothers, Aloysius (Mary) and Edward (Mary); her brother-in-law Eugene Bartkowski; and her daughter-in-law Debbie.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Jane; her daughter-in-law Clare; her children, Theresa Sterner (Charles) and Michael Szymanski (Clare); her stepchildren, Lisa Zack-Swasey (Dexter), Michael Zack and Joseph Zack; and her siblings, Veronica Bartkowski and Bernard Szymanski (Mary Jane). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
