She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Tom"; her parents, Frank Lewicki and Josephine Lewicki (Zambrzycki); and her siblings, Frank, Joseph, Stanley, John, Henry, Stella Formus, Irene Buzin and Helen Minker. She is also survived by her daughters and their husbands.
