He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Wilkins and Serita Wilkins; his wife Karen Ellis-Wilkins (Ivory); his daughters, Shannon McCartney of Lake Charles and Kim Collins of Delaware; his goddaughters, Niani Ellis-Powell and Ki'Yah Ellis-Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Tommy Ellis (Donna), Jean Hill Williams, Cheryl V. Ellis and Cassandra Price (Neecie). He was also cherished by grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
