She was predeceased by: her parents, Lizzie Ruth Boykins-Williams and Aaron Miller. She is survived by: her children, LaTanya Steele (Henderson), Latesha Harris, Tomika Steele and Tommy A. Steele, III; and her siblings, Leroy Nesbitt, Laura Agee, Sheila Nesbitt and Carol Burnett-Wilson.
