She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Virginia Smith (Zebley); and her husband George H. "Buck" Warner. She is survived by: her children, Deborah W. Englehart (James), Kenneth G. Warner (Chris) and Linda W. Maney (Patrick); her brother Robert Smith (Angie); her grandchildren, Emilie Axelrod (Barzi), Andrew Englehart (Erin) and Rebecca Michael (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Hailey, James, Evelyn and Baby Axelrod; and her friend Frank Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
